We are tertiary qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologists that continue to stay up to date and maintain our accreditations with our governing body – ESSA (Exercise & Sport Science Australia) and the health schemes we operate within; to continue to make a difference in our community.
During Covid-19 we had to be innovative in providing treatment, taking treatment sessions online to assist those unable to see us in person (initially due to lockdown restrictions).
However the results we’ve seen, reflects recent research findings proving the effectiveness of online treatment as being comparable to in-person treatment. Given its recent success, we have since launched MyEP Online – our online treatment platform to provide exercise physiology treatment via video conferencing technology, to those who need it most (near or far away).
It is super simple to use for everyone involved – even one of our 85 year old clients was able to use it without any trouble.
